Refund Policy
All completed orders are non-refundable. Any unlawful disputes or chargebacks for completed services may result in legal action.
Customers may cancel their order and receive a refund of their service deposit if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of booking.
If payment is made in full or in advance and the order is canceled within the allowed cancellation window, a refund will be issued minus the service deposit. Refunds will be processed within one week.
After the 72-hour cancellation period, the order becomes non-refundable. Customers will instead receive a service voucher, which may be used to complete the service at a later date, at their convenience.
If the vehicle or service details change, additional charges may apply to cover any difference in pricing.
