Mail-In Process
Select “Mail-In” when placing your order deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. We will reach out to you to go over shipping arrangements. You may also purchase shipping labels through us which could save hundreds. Expect around $275 each way from anywhere in the US.
Start removing your interior trim using free & official Tesla guides or online videos.
You will need at least a 48”x7.5”x52” box, here is our suggestion, we advise you to bubble wrap your pieces so they are protected.
Drop off the package at your shipping company
Once we receive the pieces expect around 48-hours for them to be finished. We will send you multiple videos to inspect before you complete the final payment.
We will bubble wrap & send your trim back to you. Keep in mind you have to cover shipping both ways. Once you get the package follow the official Tesla guides to reinstall your new interior.
In-Store
We offer the full service in its entirety to be completed start-to-finish in either Scottsdale or Tucson. This includes a $300 labor cost to fully remove/reinstall your headliner.
You can also drop off just the pieces in-person & pay the mail/drop-off price.
2-Year Warranty
Milky Way Interiors is dedicated to providing perfect interior upgrades with a truly hassle-free experience. Our warranty covers unexpected issues or defects in modified components and materials. However, intentional damage is not covered. If a piece is damaged during installation, we’ll replace the material at no cost, but you’ll be responsible for shipping fees. For all other warranty-related issues, we cover both material replacement and shipping costs.
